April, 12th – Cosmonautics Day
On April 12 we celebrate a very important day that marked the beginning of space era.
On April 12, 1961 legendary Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin performed the first ever space flight that lasted for 108 minutes. Now it seems not so long compared to the contemporary space missions but for humanity this spaceflight opened a wonderful world of space science and exploration.
We congratulate all space and cosmonautics fans on this great day and wish you all space health, peaceful skies, new heights and fantastic discoveries!
