Birthday Greetings for our Heroes!

Today we congratulate an honored test pilot helping our sky conquerors to take initial steps in aviation onboard MiG-29UB jet fighter.

Sergey Ivanovich Kara was born on February 5, 1965.

Since 1991 he has been working as test pilot for Nizhny Novgorod Sokol Aircraft Plant. During his career Sergey Ivanovich was testing such aircrafts as MiG-21, MiG-29, MiG-31, Yak-130, Yak-40, M-101T, Il-103, etc. All in all he has tested more than 28 types of aircrafts with total flight experience amounting to 5100 hours.
