Corporate event for our partners

Our long-standing partners not only bring their customers to us on a regular basis but also arranged their own corporate event in Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre with a great pleasure.

The weather was fine; in the sunny morning all the guests gathered at GCTC checkpoint looking forward to wonderful discoveries and space adventures. The tour started with Hydrolaboratory, where under conditions of hydro weightlessness the cosmonauts practice their future spacewalks. Then our guests visited Space Planetarium and saw Centrifuge TSF-18 and demo-rotation of the centrifuge was arranged so that they could get the idea of its operation.

After the lunch in Star City cafeteria it was high time to have a look at one of the most important objects – Soyuz spaceships delivering all international crews to the ISS nowadays. There was a surprise waiting for our guests: we arranged Sokol spacesuit training for some of the participants giving them an opportunity to feel like real cosmonauts and they were really glad and surprised.

After that our friends visited Mir space station and studied the module from the inside to learn more about its design and history and at the end of the program they met with the cosmonaut Sergey Zalyotin, the Hero of Russia who told them about the cosmonauts’ life and his own experience on the orbit. Tired but happy our guests left GCTC taking home wonderful impressions and great mood.
