Space February

The winter is almost over, severe frosts left behind, giving place to wonderful discoveries. In February our Company Vegitel successfully arranged several interesting excursion programs in Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre of Star City. Both foreign guests, young specialists of Research Institute and our youngest visitors – schoolchildren were greatly impressed by these tours.

Our guests visited large-scale Hydrolaboratory where they were surprised to learn how actually the cosmonauts practice their future operations in the open space; they saw unique Centrifuge TsF-18 and studied Soyuz spacecrafts used for flights to the ISS nowadays.

After lunch they continued their tour visiting Mir space station hall and ISS hall. Moreover they got wonderful opportunity to enter inside the module of the station and get an idea of cosmonauts’ life and work on the orbit.

Our guests learned about secrets of space, got a great deal of bright emotions and colorful impressions and left GCTC in a wonderful mood.
