Guests from Switzerland who have already been to GCTC last year, came to Moscow again a while ago. Moreover they invited a group of their friends from different countries such as the USA, Switzerland, Brazil, France, and Spain. One of the group participants was Luxemburg royalty who was deeply inspired by the guide’s exciting speech about space industry.

Spring in Star city

When spring comes bringing warmth and sun we all search for new impressions so the interest to unusual excursion programs such as our Space Tours rises significantly. Yuri Gagarin’s 80th Birthday anniversary we celebrated this year and Cosmonautics Day on April 12 were key factors attracting visitors to Star City.

We’ve accomplished lots of various programs for schoolchildren, their teachers and parents, for families and friends, for foreign guests. All of them discovered a wonderful world of cosmonaut trainings with a great interest. Most of them not only visited the main GCTC objects e.g. Hydrolaboratory, Centrifuge, Soyuz TMA spacecrafts but also studied Mir space station from the inside, had a meeting with real cosmonauts and studied the basis of astronavigation in Space Planetarium while the children were amazed by multimedia complex.

Our space programs are under way, waiting for new guests! We may assure that space attracts everyone both children and adults and every visitor will find something interesting in Star City!
