Once the program is confirmed and the contract is drawn up, the payment can be done in cash at our office. Payment for the tour in Cosmonaut Training Center (in Start City) can be made on the location of the tour.
Once the program is confirmed and the contract is drawn up, you will receive an e-mail with the invoice that can be paid online by credit card via PayKeeper payment service. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Mir Bank cards.

Payment by bank card can be made once the invoice is prepared in accordance with the concluded agreement.

- Card type
- Card number
- The validity period of the card (indicated on the front side of the card)
- Cardholder name (written in Latin letters, exactly as on the card)

The PCI DSS international security certificate secures Internet payments processing through the bank’s payment gateway. The SSL encryption technology is applied for the information transfer. This information is strictly confidential.

The procedure for reimbursement for unproven or partially rendered services is regulated by the service agreement concluded between the consumer and the contractor.
The refund for the bank card purchases will be issued to the card that was used for the payment and can take up to 30 days.
